A Bit About Ethan Webb
Growing up, I was always able to express myself most through the written word.
Initially, I arrived at Emerson College to earn a degree in Audio & Post-Production. My ambition was to utilize Emerson's partnership with Berklee College of Music and take classes at both colleges via the ProArts cross-registration program. I planned to refine my guitar skills to become a film scorer and eventually a professional musician.
However, my affinity for writing led me elsewhere. I switched my major to Creative Writing after my Freshman year. I haven't looked back since. I've maintained my passion for music, while making my living doing what I love the most: writing.
I can even find time to work on my own independent projects. Recently, I got one of my children's stories, The Turtle & the Fiddle, illustrated. I've also been making progress on my brainchild, Turf, a historical fiction novel about the 69th Irish Brigade in the Civil War.
I'm not sure where life is taking me. Regardless, I always strive to learn and develop my skills. I'm constantly embracing every challenge I come across and treat it as an experience to grow and develop. That’s why I seek out new types of endeavors I have yet to encounter.
